Placing Bets
Each time you left click inside the orange circle near the center of the black jack table, you will place your current bet amount on the table & adding to any chip's that might already be there. To remove you'r current bet amount from the table, rightclick inside the circle.
For example, to change from the initial bet of $5,00 (US) to $10,00 (US), simply click on the arrow above the $5,00 (US) chip in the "Bet Console". The bet amount has now been raised to $10,00 (US). Clicking inside the orange circle near the center of the table places a $10,00 (US) bet - two $5,00 US chip's. Click again inside the orange circle will place another $10,00 (US) for a total bet of $20,00 (US). If you rightclick inside the orange circle you will remove $10,00 (US) from the table, leaving $10,00 (US).
Changing Bets
Change your bet by selecting an amounts using the bet console. Select the amount to raise, or lower you'r bet by choosing 1 of the 4 chip's on the bet panel. Raise you'r bet by this amount by clicking on the arrow button above the chips & lower you'r bet by this amount by clicking on the arrow button below the chip. If you raise the amounts higher, than your current balance permit's, the bet amount will turn "red". In this case, either increase your balance by depositing fund's, or reduce your bet. The bet amount also stop's at a maximum of $100,00 (US) & a minimum of $1,00 (US).
Starting the Deal
A minimum bet of $5,00 (US) is required to start the deal. If the total bet placed on the table is at least the minimum, the "DEAL" button will light up & indicating that you may click it to start the deal. Once the "DEAL" button is clicked, bet's can no longer be changed or removed & the game begin's with the initial deal.
If you havent placed any bet's on the table before clicking "DEAL", the current bet amount displayed in the "Bet Console" will automatically be placed on the table & the game will begin. This allow's to you start a new game quickly by just clicking the "DEAL" button again. If you have sufficient funds; the game will begin using the same bet made in the previous games.
Playing the Game
The gambler uses the button's in the lower right corner of the screen to make his or her decisions when playing game. Button's will "light-up" when you have to option to click them. Your mouse pointer will also change to a pointing hand as you move your pointer over any button & that you are allowed to click.
- *INSURE*. When the dealer's faceup cards is an ace ("A"), the gambler has the option to purchase insurance by clicking the *INSURE* button. Buying insurance is a side bet & requires an amount equal to half your original wagers. The option to buy insurance will not be available, if you don't have sufficient fund's. Once insurance has been purchased, the gamblers's hand continues as normal. The insurance will pay "2:1", if the dealer produces a black jack at the end of the hand & is lost otherwise.
- *HIT*. If you wish to receive another card to try to bring your card's total closer to *21*, click the *HIT* button. You are permitted to hit your hand as many time's as you like & until you decide to Stand or your hand bust's (it's total exceeds *21*). Note that if your hand total reaches *21*, your hand will automatically stand.
- *SPLIT*. If you have two (2) card's of the same value (two sevens "7,7", two tens ("10, 10"), a king ("K") & a jack ("J"), etc..., you may click *SPLIT* to split the card's into two ("2") separate hand's. This requires an additional bets to be made that is equal to your original bet. You will not be given the option to split, if you don't have sufficient fund's. Note that when splitting a pair of Aces ("A, A"), each hand only receives one ("1") additional card. The dealer then completes his hand & the game end's.
- *DOUBLE DOWN*. Before you decide to hit or stand, you have the option to click *DOUBLE DOWN*, if you believe that your hand's can win with one ("1") additional card. Doubling down requires an additional bet *UP to* your original bet. If you don't have sufficient fund's to place an additional bet equal to your original bet, your remaining fund's will be used. Once you have doubled down, your hand will receive one ("1") more card & play then move's on to the dealer, who will complete his hand to determine the winner.
- *STAND*. If you are satisfied with your hand total, click *STAND*. You will not receive any more card's & the dealer will complete his hand. The winner will then be determined by the hand's which total is closer to *21*. Note that if a hand total reaches *21*, it will automatically stand. If you are playing split hand's, clicking *STAND* on the first hand completes that hand & allow's you to play the second hand. Clicking *STAND* on the second hand completes your play & the dealer will finish playing his hand!
